Friendly family of four. Home located in beautiful Burlington (rated best town in Canada to live!) neighbourhood. Our home is safe and caring. Dad and Mom work in the financial industry in downtown Toronto; two kids (one 5-year old boy and a 1-year old girl) are also very friendly and energetic. We are 45 mins away from Toronto and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and USA border. 20 mins driving distance from Glen Eden Ski Area. Convenient and frequent public transportation to the train station to visit Toronto or the Falls. Library, parks, community centre, trails and schools are located at a walking distance of less than 15 minutes. There is public transportation, supermarkets and a variety of shops, restaurants and coffee shops at a walking distance. Home is 10 years old. Practically new.
