Hosting in Scarborough since 2018Room on First Floor: A newly furnished, neat room in a recently renovated house with a clean bathroom having both a shower and a tub. The washroom is also just renovated. A double bed, mattress, desk and bookcase all are brand new from IKEA - never used before. Laundry is shared and is in the basement. Ground floor has a sitting area and an open concept kitchen with a walkout door to the backyard. Additional Rooms in the Basement: In addition, two newly renovated, furnished rooms are also available in the basement. No Carpet, and offers a small kitchenette and a shared bathroom with a small sitting area. The rooms in the basement can be availed at half the listed price of the first floor Bedroom. The house is located in a posh community, minutes from Lake Ontario, Bus Stop and GO Train Station, not to mention a shopping mall and a public library. This is an ideal location for a student who wants to study in a quite and peaceful environment which is close to all necessities of a student's life. The place is like a paradise in summer with one of the best beaches in Toronto to enjoy walking, fishing or just watching the waves kissing your feet.

House rules
We keep our house clean and free of dust, and would like to maintain it like such. So, please do not use your "Outside Shoes" in the house (cotton socks or soft slippers are the best inside). No weed, tobacco, drugs, or like inside the house please. Visitors are welcome but not allowed to stay after 11:00PM. One immediate family member can visit and stay with the student for a total duration of two nights at a stretch after a prior arrangement is made. We do not have pets. The main kitchen is shared with the Landlady. Please leave the place after use the way you found.
