I have 3 dogs, 1 cat. They are great animals and are kennel and pee pad trained. Any student living in the house would have to have a bit of time for them. I also request that cleanliness and tidiness is first priority. Food and drink be at the dining room table and not in the bedroom. No parties or gatherings unless discussed. I am a quiet and clean person. I ask for respect for my home.
