They will for sure enjoy our home and experience our happy life style , Filipino norms but we are very Canadian in all aspect been in Canada for more than 25 years. I am a very good cook, menu planner as Food Trades is my major, home management and nannying is my present trade. I have a husband and a stepson (26 yrs old), that visits us from time to time. We have 3 washrooms, at acready to occupy are 2 shared bedrooms and 1 solo room occupant, these are all fully furnished . We have to fully functional kitchens, have a roofted back patio and garden of mix ornamental and vegs plants, we can park 4 cars in our driveway.

Yes we have. Very particular no smoking and pets. Outside shoes cannot be used inside the house, be ready to use your house shoes/sleepers, food times is served in a specific time specially dinner. Laundries be done once a week except beddings done every 2 weeks. Be kind and considerate to observe silence and reduce noise so not to disturb fellow tenants. Etc...food preparations preferences and suggestions is highly appreciated and we served the same menu to every tenant.
