Beautiful furnished room in a 2 bed + 2 bath + den condo in Scarborough is available from February 1 (possibly sooner if the current tenant leaves earlier). Built in closet, private bath, and en-suite laundry in the unit. We are a couple with a 2.5 year old child looking to rent out our extra room. Main bus stops are right below the apartment. GO train station is a few minutes walk. Uber is usually here within 2-5 minutes. A 5-7 minute bus ride to Kennedy subway station. Walking distance to No Frills, Walmart and 24/7 convenience stores. 24/7 Tim Hortons and McDonald's is across the road too. There are lots of restaurants, parlors, clinics etc very close by. Our location is ideal for students as we are very close to all the main colleges in this area like Centennial, UofT Scarborough, Oxford etc. Looking for a single person, long term renter.
