Welcome to a comfortable, spacious homestay in East Vancouver close to Joyce skytrain station. You have a bedroom to yourself and share a spacious kitchen, dining room and a bathroom with just one more student. Enjoy your privacy and independence. Your host are on the upper floor if you need to chat. Our location is super-convenient. You can reach any point of Greater Vancouver easily from here: Downtown in 23 min, direct bus to UBC and Langara, BCIT 15 min and others. Metrotown shopping mall, one of the biggest in Canada, is 10 min away. You have a supermarket, many groceries and restaurants only 5 min walk away. At the same time the street is quiet and green. We have a totally renovated suite with two bedrooms. You will share a separate kitchen and a bathroom with another student in another bedroom. Bedrooms are well separated for privacy.
