> about me :Hi there i'm Sandy, I've been living in Montreal for over 10yrs now and really love this city. I was born in Cameroon, however I grew up in Ottawa Canada. I work as a hair stylist in a salon and sometimes on television/film sets. I currently live in the downtown area of Montreal and often share my space with other young professionals or students. I lam very outgoing but also enjoy a relax/cozy atmosphere at home. >The room: Is available as of january 1ST. It's a nice spacious and bright room with high ceilings, large windows and walk-in closet. The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, an office chair as well as sheets and cover etc. The layout of the apartment allows each room to have its privacy. >The rent: Rent is $750 per room it includes: comfortably furnished room, access to other common areas,unlimited high speed internet, hydro (electricity & hot water), cleaning service, toilet paper and more! All you need to bring is your suit case and food. >The apartment & the building: A charming big and bright 7 1/2, in a historic building which has been well maintained. It's clean and very safe, there are security cameras and 24/7 surveillance. The apartment is fully furnished and has high ceilings, wood floors and the original wood moulding. We also have a concierge and laundry services in the building. >The location: The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart downtown steps from Guy metro. Near by are all the major universities ( Concordia 5 mins by foot and McGill 10 mins). Just about everything you'll ever need is just steps away. Grocery store, pharmacy, gym, restaurants, bars, museums ( less then 10mins walk to the Musee Des Beaux Arts, 20 mins walk quartiers des spectacles where all the best festivals and concerts happen and just 15mins walk to the Mont royal, the bell center and much more...)
