we are conscientious and try to limit our impact on the environment. Please turn off lights when not in the room and when you leave the house.
Maximize the laundry by only washing full loads.
Keep showering time to only what is needed to clean yourself.
You must set the alarm if you are the last one to leave the house.
Doors and windows must remain locked at all times
No smoking or drugs of any kind anywhere on or around the property.
Keep all areas of the home tidy and clean up after yourself. If you would like a by weekly cleaning service for your room and bathroom please contact us for additional pricing.
No overnight guests allowed.
Quiet time from 10:30 pm to 8:00 am. Please limit the noise during these times.
Only put toilet paper in the toilet. Nothing else.
