We are a friendly chinese Canadian family of 3. My spouse works, I am a stay at home mom with my 5 year old son. We speak english at home however I am able to speak some conversational Mandarin as well. We live in a house in the westwood plateau,Coquitlam area. On the upstairs, we have two rooms with windows ,to rent to students for Cad $950/m per room. We will provide 3 nutritious meal ( mix of chinese and western food)($620/m/room -no meal provided).Each room is clean and comfortable. 150 wifi is also offered. Our house is situated in an excellent location:
1)Walking distance to Westood Plateau village ( IGA grocery, starbuck, medical clinic, shoppers etc )
2).Coquitlam center shopping mall-- is 13 mins by bus ( include walking to bus stop )
3).Douglas College Coquitlam campus—is 13 mins by bus ( include walking to bus stop )
4).Pinetree Secondary School---14 mins by bus ( include walking to bus stop )
5).Gleneagle Secondary School---17 mins by bus ( include walking to bus stop )
6).Dr. Charles Best Secondary School---28 mins by bus ( include walking to bus stop)
7).Coquitlam college---43 mins by transit ( include walking to bus stop)
8.)SFU---44 min by transit (take bus to sky train, then take 143 SFU bus at Burquitlam station)...Our house is about a few minutes away from bus stop.
We enjoy having students staying with us and enjoy hosting them, cooking good food for them and want them to have a wonderful memorable experience staying at our house.

No smoking inside the house
No drug use
Can only accept male in secondary school ( high school) that does not speak mandarin.
