Quiet, clean and friendly Asian couple that enjoys meeting new people and helping others. The condo has been renovated this year with new furniture and appliances. We are a 30 minute bus ride away from Humber College (North Campus), Seneca College (Jane Campus) and 45 minute bus ride away from York University. The bus stop is right in front of the condo making transit easily accessible! The room is currently furnished with a double bed, tv bench (no tv), desk and closet. There is on-suite laundry within the condo suite and on-site gym/fitness facility within the building.
