Hi,My name is Tracy. I have two sons and they are now both studying at University of California ,Berkeley USA. Tracy’ Academic Success Homestay: 1. My husband and I are fully vaccinated . 2. 5 minute walk to Milliken Mills High School.Close to Towncenter Montessori Private School.Super safe community. 3. 3 story 6000 ft^2 house open space design,super bright and clean. 4. Quiet and tidy learning atmosphere 5. Queen size bed, suite with a cloakroom, full bathroom 6. Just steps away from a community centre with a pool, library, hockey rink, and enormous park. 7. Very close to Macdonalds, Tim Hortons, Subway, and other multicultural restaurants. 8. Five minutes drive to the International grade Pan Am Sports Centre. 9. Minutes away from Downtown Markham with restaurants and a Cineplex 10. We have a basketball net and large backyard to play any kind of sport. 11. Basement includes table tennis, fooseball, air hockey, and a home theatre. 12.
