We live in the Yonge and Eglinton area of Toronto, a short 10-minute walk from the subway. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds so you can either have the room to yourself or you can share with a friend! ($850 each). This includes the bedroom/sitting room with tv/cable, a desk with a light and a double closet. Bedroom 2 is a smaller room with a single bed, bedside table, and a desk. The room has a skylight so you can look at the stars while lying in bed. :) Students have the top floor of the house to themselves. You have a private bathroom with a sink and there are 2 bathrooms (second floor and basement) shared with the family for a shower. Wifi and laundry are included. We are a busy family with many activities. We have a 6 year-old Chocolate Labrador Retriever - he is very friendly and loves people! We have been hosting students for the past 14 years! (we usually work with ILAC) We are located close to many schools: Hansa - 5-minute walk North Toronto Collegiate - 10-minute walk Northern Secondary - 10-minute walk Loretto Abbey -30 minute walk/subway or walk/bus George Brown College - 30-minute walk/subway University of Toronto - 30 minute walk/subway TMU - 30 minute walk/subway ILAC - 25 minute - walk/subway OCAD 30 minutes If you don't see your school listed here just ask and I will tell you the distance! :)

    The washer and dryer can be used after 7pm Monday - Friday or anytime on the weekend.
    No smoking on the property.
