Pizza, Soups, sandwiches or paninis. fruit, desert. Monthly fee $1,050 per month for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Monthly fee $ 900 per month for Breakfast & Dinner.

Hello, my name is Ria. I am a young professional lady who works very hard and enjoys
providing a safe, comfortable and friendly home environment while you are away from your loving family. My family has been hosting international students for over 15 years from Europe, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil, Korea, Taiwan China and Japan. I enjoy and look forward to making your experience in Toronto as enjoyable and educational as possible. I like to learn about other cultures as I share our Canadian and North American culture with you. I enjoy travelling, listening to music and
meeting people from all over the world. Please bring 2 of your favourite food recipes with you so we can cook to make you feel at home. *_*
The bus stop is directly in front of our building and/or 3 minute walk to the corner.
One bus takes you to BROADVIEW Subway station or to YONGE/EGLINTON Subway both are approx 20 minutes.
If you are active and enjoy exercising, you can use the gym/exercise room we have in our building.

Only accept student older than 19 years old
No smoking inside the house
Students will receive a friendly reminder of house routine upon arrival.
We are courteous and use good manners, have respect for the home and people in the home, we clean after ourselves and help with dinner, setting table and clean up afterwards. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Overnight night guests are not permitted. Also, as a courtesy you must inform me in if you will not be having dinner at home or plan to be away overnight. Good and honest communication is very important for a happy, friendly and trusting home atmosphere. I look forward to hosting you in my home.

The host is nice and easy to talk to. The apartment looks a bit old, but the student rooms are in good shape. I recommend this homestay.
