Hi my name is Estie and I have been hosting students for over 10 years. We have a lovely bedroom available for homestay. The cost is $1000 or with Meals an additional $200. The room is on second main level of the house, which includes our rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. The main bathroom is shared with my teen son; it is large and has 2 sinks, toilet and a bathtub/shower. We have a nice large deck upstairs, great for summer. The student room has a desk, chair, big closet, large chest of drawers, fan, good lights with a window and dimmer light switch plus desk light. You will have access to the laundry room. We are located in a very quiet neighbourhood only a 10 minute walk to Canada Line, 5 minutes to Oakridge Mall and Langara. You will enjoy the house I am sure!
