I am a 62'year young woman. Working full time. I currently have a student from India occupying main floor room. Pictures here are for basement room which is actually level with back yard. There is a queen sofa bed, very comfortable, desk, kitchen, private bathroom, full length mirror. Bedding and towels Student living in this room has to come and go from main entrance. No visitors unless it's been discussed and permitted advance. I am friendly and easy going but the rules of the house as to be followed

House rules

House rules will be included in the contract after booking
- no visitors unless discussed and agreed upon in advance
- no smoking inside or in the yard
- only main entrance should be used for in and out.
- basement patio door should only be opened when the student is in the room. Should not be left opened at all while not there.
- Laundry once a week
- respect for all occupants
- letting me know in advance in coming home later than 10 pm. I set up burgalar alarm at 10 pm
