Hello, my name is Richard and I am an retired, male senior. I graduated in 1986 from BES at Seneca College, Newham Campus (Finch E. near Don MIlls Rd.) I reside across from Fairview Mall, located at Sheppard Avenue East and Don Mills Road. I have a high allergy to smoke and as such require a Non-Smoker to share the accommodations; the room measures 10 x 16 and has a double bed (see attached photo), including air conditioner, therefore can suit a couple or two single women can share for $1,100.00. Note, I do not have pets but I do have many plants, which will be brought in from the balcony during the winter months. The cost of 750.00 does NOT include meals. Students will buy and prepare their own meals, to suit their dietary needs.
