Our unit is on the 11th floor of the building which has a beautiful view. It is close to schools, bus stops and all amenities. Our condo is located on a safe neighborhood. It has gym and spa room that the students can use. We are easy to get along with and can accommodate international students of different nationalities.

We do not allow sleep overs, no smoking/drugs allowed inside the unit, students need to call if they will be late to the 10:00 PM curfew, no girl allowed in their room and no pet allowed. Tidy up the washroom and kitchen after using.
