• We are a Christian Taiwanese family looking for non-smoking, alcohol-free and tidy female persons with no pet. • We welcome homestay student in a luxury home in Cache Woods community. • We are near Seneca Markham campus, Historical Unionville Main street, Markham City Hall, Markham Theater, Angus Glen Community Centre & Library, public transportation (TTC, YRT, VIVA), Shopping plaza, T&T Supermarket First Markham Place, No Frills, Whole Foods Market, Tim Horton’s, Second Cup, RBC, CIBC, TD bank, Restaurants. • We have bright furnished rooms with queen-size or double-size bed, closet, dresser, desk and chair. • Kitchen, washer, dryer, high speed internet, central A/C, utilities are included. • First and last months of rentals are required.
