2018年成为住我家网 Burnaby 房东Hello, we are James and Sandy, devout christians and very friendly parents who love to host international students, especially those who appreciate and enjoy Chinese food. James is an Architect . Sandy is a housewife and she enjoys cooking! Our house is very well maintained. You will not be disappointed! Our homestay room is on the ground floor of our house. The room have an independent bathroom. It's the most comfort and privacy you can find in Burnaby. We are located in a very quiet and convenient neighborhood . The bus stop (C7) is in front of the house, with only a 7 minute walk to Burnaby South Secondary School and within 10 minutes walking distance to a swimming pool (McPherson Park) ,restaurants, grocery stores , super markets etc. we are also within 15 minutes walking distance to Royal Oak skytrain station and within 10-20 minutes drive to BCIT ,SFU ,and all of the secondary schools in Burnaby. although we offer a plethora of fruits and snacks through an additional payment of 250$ per month, you are still encouraged to prepare meals independently. if you are unable to make your own meals, we are always open for further discussion and compromises. 翻译
