WE operate 2 houses . You'll have full Access to kitchen to cook [ without meal plan ] .MEAL PLAN will include korean japanese chinese italian etc.. We're are a family of 4. Grandmother 85 host 58 son 18 UFT pre-med student daughter 16 grade 11. I own another property next door for student rental only. Bus stop and amazing shopping is at door everything you can imagine is across the house 🏡. including Asian Indian international food shopping at NATIONS FOOD IN STOCK YARDS VILLAGE.(Google nations food stockyard village ). The house 🏡 is a 3 story corner unit townhouse approximately 1600sf. Access to 1/2bath on 2nd floor and full bathroom on 3rd floor. It's a very quiet and safe area with incredible shopping across the house. And bus stop is in front of the house. We house 3 female students at our main house 🏠. 1st Room is on 1st floor. 2 room on 2nd floor 3rd room on 3rd floor ( refer to self upload pic that are in collage format) Spacious has more windows than walls. WE'RE LOOKING FOR NON SMOKING/RESPECTABLE STUDENT.
